Turnaround Times

Turnaround time is the time it takes for me to get to and complete your order. I create all items myself (sometimes with the help of my daughter) and most items are not ready to ship. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Shipping time is once I've completed your order and have taken in to the USPS or UPS.

Current turnaround time for most digital items is within 1-24hrs (depending on what time the order was placed and how many changes are needed).

Current turnaround time for physical items is 1-3 business days (depending on what time the order was placed and how many changes are needed). 

Turnaround (processing) times can also vary depending on the size or amount of customization of your order. If I will be creating something completely new, the process may take longer because I have to show you a preview, wait for your confirmation, and make changes if necessary. Your custom order will not be shipped until you confirm everything looks the way you want it to.

Please make sure your contact info is correct and keep communication open. Please also check your junk folder because sometimes email goes there. 

GRADUATION SEASON (February to June)

Due to the amount of card box orders I receive, turnaround times can increase up to 4 weeks. Purchase you box January and get 15% off. Purchase February and get 10% off.

Avoid Cancellation

I have unfortunately had to cancel previous orders due to lack of clarification and communication. I create and ship exactly what you see on the screen. If you require changes, I may contact you to clarify, send pictures of colors, confirm, etc., to make sure you are getting what you expect. If I do not get a response within a reasonable timeframe, I will cancel and refund your order.

I ask that you include a needed by date with your order, with respect to my current posted turnaround time. I will contact you and cancel your order if I cannot fulfill your order by your requested date. 

Please plan ahead and order early so you can get your item in time.
