Shipping policy

All items are designed and/or handcrafted by me. I can create and ship most items within 1-5 business days. Larger orders or custom orders that require many changes or a completely new design will require a little more time. It is best to order at least 2 weeks before you need your item in hand. This time accounts for time to fix potential issues, shipping carrier delays, weather, and other natural uncontrollable events. 

If you have a custom order, please ensure you keep communication lines open. I will be communicating with you to get you order right. Because it is a custom order, the final product will not look like the listing photo. Therefore I will be sending you a photo of your completed product to confirm. I will not ship until you confirm that everything looks the way you want.

Shipped Items

Once I ship your order, it will take between 2-5 days to reach you. I only ship through insured services from UPS, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS 1st Class Package. It may take up to 4-6 weeks for international orders.

Please note that once I drop your package off at the shipping carrier, I can not control how quickly it gets to you. Please order in enough time, make sure your mailing address is correct, and make sure there is a safe place for your item(s) to be delivered.

Local Pick-Up

If you are local and want to avoid a shipping cost, I offer free in-person pick-ups. Because I do not have a commercial location, we can meet at the nearest shopping center near you (within 10 miles of Forestville, MD). I can travel up to 20 miles for a $5 delivery fee. For safety and security, we cannot meet at either's home.
