The time it takes me to create your order is processing time. The time it takes for your order to reach you once I've shipped it is delivery time. This can vary depending on the carrier (USPS or UPS), how far you are from Maryland, and if you are in a rural area. Processing time is 1-3 business days, but it may be longer depending on the size and customizations of your order.

Please allow more time for processing if you have a custom order, as I will show you pictures and need you to confirm before I ship. Please also account for potential shipping delays. I do not have control over the shipping process of the shipping carrier. If you order an item and put an event date that is withing the same week you order, and there is a great chance your order may not reach you in time, I will contact you to confirm if I should cancel or if you can accept later. If I do not hear from you, I will need to cancel your order.
