Build your 3-tier diaper cake and decorate it with your desired ribbon. Cut the crown out and attach a stick to it to use as a topper. Cut the tag out and attach it to the middle tier of the diaper cake. Cut out the bow ties and centers, assemble them, and attach them to the top tier and bottom tier (directly above and below the center tag).
