Terms and Conditions


Please order your items at least 2 weeks before your event if you reside in the CONUS (continental US) and at least 4 weeks if you reside outside the CONUS. There are times where I can ship next day but purchasing early allots for carrier traveling time and possible Customs hold ups.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns Policy

30 Day Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, I will immediately start the refund process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your provider).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items also qualify for a refund within the 30-day window. All sales are final on clearance and must-go items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dharris@nepherynparty.com and send your item to: 1211 Doewood ln Capitol Heights Maryland US 20743.

I will not sell or use your provided information to spam you. When you provide your contact information, it allows me to communicate with you for custom orders, if I need clarification or confirmation, or if there is a problem with your order. Your address is used to confirm payment information and to ship your items to you, If you opt into my mailing list or rewards program, you may receive an email with discounts and coupons about once a month.
